Who we are
Paddock Service sells custom parts for Porsche 924S and 944. We operate this website and process orders, contact requests, and back-in-stock notifications.
Data we collect
- Orders: When you place an order we collect name, email, billing and shipping address, and order details. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Contact form: If you use the contact form we receive your name, email, and message so we can reply.
- Back-in-stock notifications: If you sign up for stock alerts we store your email and the product(s) you’re interested in so we can notify you when an item is back in stock.
- Account (if you create one): Email and any account or order history you access while signed in.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
How we use your data
We use the data above to:
- Fulfil orders (shipping, invoices, support).
- Reply to contact messages.
- Send back-in-stock notifications you requested.
- Improve the site and service (e.g. understanding how the site is used, in an aggregated way where possible).
Cookies and similar tech
We use session and functional cookies where needed for the shop (e.g. cart, sign-in). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for marketing.
