Returns and refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when and how you can return items and get a refund.
Eligibility for returns
- You may return unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition.
- We cannot accept returns of parts that have been fitted, used, or damaged after delivery. Custom or made-to-order items may be non-returnable unless defective; we will state this on the product page where applicable.
How to request a return
- Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and send you return instructions (e.g. address, any reference to include).
- Pack the item(s) securely and send them back. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise (e.g. defective or wrong item sent).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are made to the original payment method (e.g. card via Stripe). Processing can take a few business days after we approve the refund; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
- We refund the product price and, where we are at fault (e.g. wrong or defective item), the original shipping cost. For returns that are not due to our error, we do not refund the original outbound shipping; we may deduct from the refund if the item is not in resalable condition.
Wrong or defective items
If you received the wrong product or a defective one, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping where appropriate. Do not fit or use items you believe are wrong or defective if you intend to return them.
