Description
This CNC-machined alternator pulley, made of 6061 aluminum, directly replaces the original steel pulley on the entire Porsche 924S, 944, 944 Turbo, 944 S, and 944 S2 family. Weighing just 215 grams, it reduces the weight of the accessory belt by several hundred grams.
The outer diameter is exactly the same as the OEM part number 94410211612: the alternator's rotational speed and charging voltage remain precisely as specified by Porsche. There is no risk of battery drain, no need for ECU remapping, and no unwanted whistling noises.
This is not a flywheel weight reduction; the inertia reduction is more modest.
