These terms apply when you use the Paddock Service website and when you place an order.

Use of the site

Paddock Service provides information and an online shop for custom parts for Porsche 924S and 944. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms. You may not misuse the site (e.g. scraping, automated abuse, or attempting to access areas you are not authorised to use).

Orders and contract

  • When you place an order you make an offer to buy the listed products at the stated prices. We accept the offer when we confirm the order (e.g. by email or by processing payment).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment we will refund you.
  • Product availability and pricing are as shown at the time of order. We will inform you if we cannot fulfil an item.

Payment and pricing

  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms for the payment step. Prices are in the currency shown (e.g. EUR). Taxes and shipping are as indicated at checkout.
  • You are responsible for providing correct billing and shipping details. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or failed delivery.

Shipping and delivery

  • We ship to the regions we support (e.g. EU and others as stated on the site). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed to the carrier, unless the law in your country says otherwise.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or your unavailability, you may be responsible for extra costs or re-shipping. See our returns and refund policy for returns.

Liability

  • We supply parts for the vehicles and uses described on the product pages. You are responsible for ensuring parts are suitable for your vehicle and use. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. loss of use of a vehicle, business loss) beyond what is required by mandatory law.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be illegal to do so (e.g. consumer rights in your country).

Intellectual property

Content on the site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Paddock Service or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.
